Services
Injury Treatment
Specialist treatment for musculoskeletal injuries using evidence-based techniques. Our therapists address neck, back and knee pain through soft tissue manipulation and joint mobilisation. Each session includes biomechanical assessment and tailored rehabilitation exercises to correct postural imbalances and prevent recurrence.
Sports Massage
Customised massage programmes for athletes and active individuals. Services include pre-event preparation, post-event recovery and maintenance treatments. Techniques enhance flexibility, reduce muscle tension and accelerate recovery while identifying potential injury risks through detailed soft tissue assessment.
Rehabilitation
Progressive rehabilitation programmes focusing on muscle strengthening, joint flexibility and functional movement. Therapists design home exercise plans complemented by clinic-based sessions. Programmes target core stability, proprioception and sport-specific movements to ensure full recovery and injury prevention.
Joint Mobilisation
Specialist joint mobilisation techniques to restore normal range of motion. Therapists address restricted movement patterns through controlled manual interventions. Combined with muscle work and exercise rehabilitation, this approach resolves biomechanical dysfunctions affecting performance and daily activities.
Soft Tissue Manipulation
Advanced soft tissue techniques targeting muscle imbalances and trigger points. Therapists use deep tissue work and myofascial release to alleviate pain and improve circulation. Treatment includes postural analysis and corrective exercises to maintain soft tissue health between sessions.
