Our adult classes are held on Monday and Thursday evenings at 7pm in the Primary School Hall at Caroline Chisholm School in Wootton, Northampton. We also offer yoga sessions for children aged 5-12 years with YogaPebbles, providing a fun and engaging way for kids to develop their flexibility, balance, and focus.
