  • Pregnancy Yoga: Designed for expecting mothers, our pregnancy yoga classes foster a nurturing environment that focuses on breathwork, movement, and relaxation techniques. These classes run from June to July, with sessions held twice a week at Naturally Baby in Leamington Spa.
  • Mother and Baby Yoga: Our mother and baby yoga classes provide a unique bonding experience for new mothers and their infants. These sessions include time for chatting and socializing, allowing you to connect with other mothers and share your experiences.
  • Birthing Sessions: Our birthing sessions are perfect for couples expecting a baby. These workshops, held on Sundays from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm, introduce tried-and-tested yoga practices for labour and birth, covering essential techniques for moving, breathing, and relaxing.
  • Menopause Yoga: In response to the growing need for menopause support, we offer a new monthly class to help manage all stages of the menopause. These classes run on alternate months at Little Light Studio Cubbington and are led by Belinda and Sian Gulliver, both experienced menopause yoga teachers.
  • Private Yoga Sessions: For those seeking a more personalised practice, we offer private yoga sessions. These tailored classes cater to your specific needs, allowing you to deepen your understanding and engagement with the discipline.
