Welcome to Liz Brown Yoga, a premier yoga studio located in Wendover, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Our Mission

Our mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing through the practice of yoga. We believe that yoga is a powerful tool that can help improve flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, concentration, posture, pain management, mood, relaxation, and sleep quality. Our experienced and certified yoga therapist, Liz Brown, is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others and has been teaching since 2004.

Our Expertise

Liz Brown is a certified yoga therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) and registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She has undergone extensive training in various yoga styles, including Birthlight pregnancy, birth, postnatal, menopause, and well-woman yoga, as well as Yogacampus yoga therapy. Additionally, she is a certified teacher in Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs and an Accessible Yoga Teacher.
