Review: I just wanted to thank you for the online pregnancy yoga course. I was upset that I couldn't attend your face to face classes for a number of reasons. I bought the online programme thinking it would be a very limited replacement. Whilst I know your face to face classes would have been great, I can't believe the value of the online course you've provided. It's so much more than just the yoga. Clearly a lot of time and effort went into it and it's really helped me so thank you : x

Review: I commenced virtual pregnancy classes at the beginning of the first lockdown last year and went every week until 39 weeks. Every week, I looked forward to my yoga sessions virtually as the sessions kept me in a positive mindset during the pandemic. The sessions also allowed us to speak to other mothers-to-be, with all sessions having a part at. discuss pregnancy matters and our week.

It made me feel part of a community even though we were stuck in our own homes. I also invested in Susan's Hypnobirthing Course with my husband and I was so glad I did. All the tips and tricks Susan advised were so useful for my home birth. Breathing techniques learnt in this course were so useful for my birth.

Review: I loved every pregnancy yoga class with Susan! I was not into yoga before having a baby but I am converted! Susan's classes really helped me relax and take time out to bond with my bump! The classes were a really safe environment and an opportunity to meet other mums to be and get lots of support with all the ups and downs of being pregnant! Susan. is so calming and kind.

My pregnancy was not an easy one and Susan took time out of her day to send me research or reassuring information about what I was experiencing. I ended up being induced and even carried on doing the yoga I had learnt in the classes during labour! The breathing Susan teaches in the yoga classes also helped me during labour. Would highly recommend these classes. Looking forward to joining the mum and baby class now!

Review: Susan's yoga class was one of the best things I did during pregnancy. The exercises focus on what feels tight/achy during pregnancy - with loads of suggestions on how to make the movements work for your body and how you're feeling on the day. But the classes are much more than stretches. Susan builds an incredible community of women who support. one another through the whole pregnancy journey.

I got most of my best pregnancy tips and updates from this class! Susan is a treasure trove of information and has an impressive ability to make people feel reassured and empowered. I actually attended most of the classes on zoom during coronavirus lockdown - but still felt that the community and support elements were retained. All that was missing really was Susan's nice face and foot sprays!

I really missed the classes once I'd had my baby, but luckily there's a "follow on" class for new mums. Now I've started attending the postnatal classes and it's lovely to see familiar faces and connect with people nearby with babies. I recommend the classes to anyone I meet who is pregnant!

Review: Susan's class was the first class I joined after having my daughter, I was really nervous about going but Susan is fantastic at welcoming you in. The chance to have a stretch and some time out with your baby is brilliant and the connections with the other Mum's is something I relied on in the first few months and still do. Just chatting to a group. who are all in the same place as you is so reassuring.

Being able to chat honestly, feed and change my baby and enjoy a cup of tea on top of having a lovely strengthening stretch as fantastic. I miss the class now my cheeky girl is crawling but would reccomend it to all new Mums. No matter how tired I was I always left feeling refreshed and restored.

Review: I would definitely recommend Susan's yoga classes for both pre and postnatal yoga. Susan has such a calm and approachable manner that you feel completely at ease to approach her about any worries. The postnatal classes were a little escapism for me and my little boy each week, small classes which makes it less daunting to chat openly to other. parents, whilst doing some gentle yoga stretches.

I've made some lovely friends from those classes who I still meet up regularly with now. I will miss Susan's yoga, but hope to continue to make her Friday socials. Thank you Susan for everything last year x x x

Review: Finally getting around to writing a quick note to say how wonderful I found Susan's pregnancy yoga classes! I was able to completely relax and focus on only myself every Monday evening which was just bliss. Even just hearing the sound of Susan's voice was relaxing! It felt like just the right amount of stretching/movement and was lovely to chat to others too. Thank you Susan! Can't wait for the monthly mums' class soon
