We specialize solely in the management and letting of residential properties in Essex, and our aim is to offer quality and professional advice in our field of expertise. We are happy to provide advice to new landlords before they have even purchased their first property - it can be an exciting and stressful time, and we are there to help you through every step, as much or as little advice as you need. Our Expertise

One area of our expertise is assisting landlords with "problem" tenants. We encourage any private landlord who is experiencing problems, whether it be non-payment of rent or anti-social behavior, to contact us for help and advice. We can simply give guidance on the options available or help the landlord through the entire process for eviction and re-possession of their property.

Our Team

Our team is led by Sarah Holdsworth, who has been in the industry for over 20 years and is a member of ARLA (the Association of Residential Letting Agents). Sarah launched Prime Property Management in 2009 with a strong emphasis on customer service. Angela Martin has worked for Prime for over 12 years, and Helen Knight has been with the company for 12 years, coming from an accounting background and in charge of accounts and rent payments.

Our Accreditation

We are proud to be a fully licensed and regulated member of Propertymark ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents), giving both landlords and tenants the reassurance that we work to a strict Code of Practice and have full Client Money Protection insurance in place. We are also a member of the redress scheme, The Property Ombudsman Scheme, which gives peace of mind that there is a redress scheme should anyone be unhappy with the service we offer.
