Our coaching packages offer personalized guidance and support to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.

Online Yoga

Our online yoga classes and yoga portal offer a convenient and flexible way to practice yoga from the comfort of your own home. With a resource bank of recorded practices, you can access our classes 24/7, at a time that suits you. Our online programme includes a 21-day course with daily video classes, as well as a 4-month journey of transformational self-care.

In-Person Yoga

Our in-person classes are held in the beautiful New Forest, providing a serene and peaceful environment to practice yoga. We offer regular classes on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, as well as workshops and retreats throughout the year.

Events and Retreats

Our events and retreats are designed to provide a deeper and more immersive experience of yoga and self-care. Our mini-retreats offer a heart-centered approach to yoga, connecting you with your body, breath, and mind. We also offer specialized courses, such as our 5-week course exploring yoga through the 5 elements.
