Our experienced technicians will visit your home to resolve any issues or problems you may be experiencing with your computers and home network. We can help with:

• Resolving software and hardware problems
• Installing additional memory, hard discs, printers, and peripherals
• Configuring or extending your wired or wireless network
• Sharing your printer(s) and/or data across your network
• Migrating your data from an old computer to a new one
• Helping you get to grips with your iPhone, iPad, or other smartphone or tablet

All repair and problem-resolution work is carried out on a "no fix - no fee" basis, ensuring you only pay for the time spent solving your issue.

New System Installation

Our installation service ensures your new computer is set up and configured to meet your specific needs. Our services include:

• Unpacking and physical setup
• Connecting to your home network and setting up internet access
• Setting up your email account
• Connecting printers, scanners, and other peripherals
• Providing a brief hands-on session to familiarize you with your new machine

We charge on a time basis, with a fixed upper limit on cost. Our prices are as follows:

• Installation and set-up: maximum cost 120
• Installation, set-up, and data transfer: maximum cost 150

System Health Check

Regular system health checks can ensure your computer runs smoothly and efficiently. Our comprehensive check includes:

• Checking and resolving overall system performance issues
• Resolving security issues
• Removing unwanted or redundant software
• Disabling unwanted browser plug-ins
• Updating Windows and Security Patches
• Resolving device driver problems
• Running anti-virus and malware scans

The cost of this service is 50 per computer.
