About Me

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, passionate about empowering individuals, couples, children, and young people to take control of their lives. I provide a safe and confidential space in Hordle, where you can openly discuss your concerns and work towards positive change.

My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is highly personalized and collaborative. I believe in building a genuine and trusting relationship with my clients, understanding their unique perspectives and aspirations. I utilize various therapeutic models such as psychodynamic therapy, humanism, and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) to tailor my interventions to each client's needs.

My Background and Experience

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and have completed further postgraduate qualifications, including a Diploma in Counselling Children & Young People. I have extensive experience working in various settings, including charities, hospitals, and private practice.

I am a proud member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical code of practice. I am fully insured and hold a DBS disclosure, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and client confidentiality.
