Hello, and welcome to Foot Focus Foot Care. I'm Roz, your dedicated Foot Healthcare Practitioner, Cryotherapist, and Reflexologist. With a background in nursing spanning over three decades, I have firsthand experience of how sore and neglected feet can affect one's quality of life. I understand the challenges that come with maintaining foot health, particularly when dealing with health complications or limited mobility. My passion for foot care led me to further my skills and knowledge by qualifying as a Foot Health Practitioner with the SMAE Institute and as a Reflexologist with the International Institute of Reflexology (UK).
