Positive: The service was exceptional, with reviewers praising the therapists and administrative team.
Negative: The service was poor, with long wait times and a lack of care shown to patients.

Exceptional Service

The first reviewer, Eleanor, gave the service a perfect 5-star rating, stating that it "changed her life". She praised the "incredible counsellors" for being available to help with "nothing too big or too small". She also commended the admin team for being "lovely and calming" to deal with.

Poor Service

In stark contrast, Keith Attew's experience was appalling. He gave the service a 1-star rating, expressing disappointment and frustration with the lack of care. He had to wait over a year for an appointment, and when he was finally contacted, the call was very brief due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When he tried to re-establish contact, he was again left feeling abandoned. He claimed that nobody rang him when promised, leading him to lose faith in the service.
