With a passion for teaching, Smita has completed numerous training programs in yoga, meditation, and herbal medicine. She is certified in several yoga traditions, including Sivananda Ashram, Birthlight, and LYT Yoga, as well as in subtle body trainings with Tias Little and Rod Stryker. Smita's gentle approach to teaching makes her classes suitable for both beginners and those seeking a deeper practice.
