Poor Experience

They felt belittled and dismissed by the vets, and were not offered condolences or support. They praised the receptionist, but overall had a terrible experience.
Excellent Experiences
On the other hand, many reviewers had excellent experiences with Gilmoor Vets. They praised the friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable staff, who provided excellent care for their pets. Several reviewers mentioned the supportive and caring nature of the staff, especially during difficult times such as the loss of a pet. They appreciated the long opening hours, convenient parking, and the ability to answer questions and address concerns.
Specialist Knowledge
One reviewer, who had an exotic pet (a tortoise), was particularly impressed with the vet's expertise and knowledge in caring for such animals.
