Poor Experience with Doctors and Staff
Many reviewers have expressed their dissatisfaction with the doctors and staff at the surgery. One reviewer described Dr. Shaista Khan as "nightmare" and "unprofessional" due to her rude behavior and lack of concern for their child's health. Another reviewer mentioned that the staff members were very rude and would cut off phone calls when they didn't want to hear the patient's concerns.
Difficulty with Appointment System and Phone Lines
Several reviewers mentioned that it was extremely difficult to get through to the surgery on the phone, with long wait times and calls being cut off. One reviewer suggested that the phone system was designed to make patients wait, and that staff members would mock patients and discuss their problems loudly in the reception area.
Incompetence and Disorganization
Some reviewers experienced issues with lost letters and prescriptions, and were not taken seriously by the doctors when they tried to address their concerns. One reviewer had to submit a letter three times before it was acknowledged, and was not given a receipt when they handed it in at the reception.
