Welcome to Sarah's Baby Yoga, a tranquil and nurturing space for expectant mothers, new parents, and their babies. Our mission is to support you through the incredible journey of pregnancy, birth, and beyond, using the time-honoured practices of yoga.

Our founder, Sarah, is a highly qualified yoga instructor with a wealth of experience in teaching and practicing yoga. With three beautiful children of her own, she understands the physical, emotional, and spiritual changes that you are experiencing. Sarah's love of yoga is evident in every class, and she strives to maintain the highest standards of care and professionalism.

  • Pregnancy Yoga: This is an amazing time of great change physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are designed to support you through every stage of your pregnancy. The classes are safe and gentle, with flowing sequences that focus on creating space for your growing baby and strengthening you to carry your baby in comfort. Pregnancy Yoga also works on all aspects for both you and your baby, promoting relaxation, health, and wellbeing.
  • Mother and Baby Yoga: After the birth of your baby, our Mother and Baby Yoga classes enhance bonding and really help the responsiveness between parents and their babies. These classes involve gentle postnatal exercises, focusing especially on the abdominal area, pelvic floor, and posture. We also incorporate stretches and massage for your baby, making it a wonderful bonding experience.
  • Hatha Yoga for All: For those seeking a more general yoga class, Sarah offers an adult-only Hatha Yoga class. This is perfect for improving tone, strength, posture, flexibility, relaxation, health, and wellbeing. Suitable for all levels of experience and ability, Sarah takes her creative inspiration from many different yoga traditions but always ensures that the practice is accessible to all.
