As a qualified yoga instructor, I, Rosanna Gordon, am dedicated to sharing the numerous benefits of yoga with others. Yoga Classes

At Rosanna's Yoga, we offer a variety of yoga classes, designed to suit all abilities and fitness levels. Our classes are Hatha-style, focusing on physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. One-to-One Yoga and Sports Yoga Sessions

In addition to group classes, we also offer one-to-one yoga sessions and sports yoga sessions. These sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual or team, whether you're looking to improve your flexibility, strength, or focus. Our one-to-one sessions can be booked online or in-person, while our sports yoga sessions are designed to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and improve overall well-being.

About Me

As a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher, I've been studying and practising yoga since I was 21 years old. With over a decade of personal experience dealing with low moods, I understand the impact of yoga on mental health and well-being. My passion is to share this knowledge and create a supportive environment where everyone feels welcome.

Training and Experience

I hold a qualification in Yoga Teaching from the British Wheel of Yoga and have over a decade of personal experience dealing with and finding strategies for lifting one's mood. Alongside my in-depth yoga training, I've completed various running and endurance events, including marathons and half-marathons.
