At Bump Baby Feeding!, we celebrate the transformative journey of motherhood through the power of yoga. Led by founder Sophie, a certified yoga teacher and NCT Breastfeeding Peer Supporter, we offer personalized classes and resources to empower you in your prenatal and postpartum journey.
Who is Sophie?
My journey to pregnancy yoga began with my own experiences. As a busy cafe manager and freelance designer, I longed for a practice that could balance my high-stress life. Yoga resonated deeply, offering a sense of calm amidst the chaos. After welcoming my son in 2014, I discovered the profound impact of this practice on pregnancy and motherhood.
Inspired to share the benefits with other mothers-to-be, I deepened my training and became certified to teach pregnancy yoga. With a passion for supporting women through all phases of motherhood, I weave mindfulness, movement, and breathwork into each session.
