June's yoga journey began in her forties, making her a late bloomer in the world of yoga. However, she has never looked back since attending her first class, which has led to increased flexibility, strength, and mental clarity. June's classes are a harmonious blend of physical exertion and mental clarity, often punctuated by laughter. She has a special interest in making yoga accessible to people of all ages, shapes, and fitness levels. With over a decade of experience teaching yoga, June holds the British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma. Her teaching style is deeply rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, but she is always expanding her expertise through continued education and training.

Yoga Classes

June offers a variety of yoga classes in the Aldershot, Farnborough, and Cove areas to accommodate all abilities. Beginners are encouraged to join at any time during the term, as full instructions and demonstrations are provided. June provides both face-to-face and online classes, giving clients more flexibility and convenience in choosing their preferred method of participation.

The public yoga classes are offered face-to-face, in a well-spaced and well-ventilated environment. Clients can also opt for classes via Zoom, which allow them to join from the comfort and safety of their homes. June offers more morning classes face-to-face and more classes via Zoom to meet the diverse needs of her clients.

June's over 50's yoga classes are specifically tailored for older adults, providing a safe and effective way to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. These classes are suitable for all abilities and are designed to be low-impact, while still providing an excellent workout.

June's Unique Teaching Style

June's teaching style is unique, creating a calming and soothing atmosphere in her classes. Her students range from the very young to people in their 80's, demonstrating her ability to connect with people of all ages and abilities. June holds a British Wheel of Yoga Teaching Diploma and has completed the British Wheel of Yoga foundation course, as well as a three-year Teacher Diploma course. Her teaching style is deeply rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, which emphasizes the connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
