About Louise

Yoga found Louise in her late teens, planted by her loving mum. This seed sprouted into a deep and passionate journey that has spanned over two decades. Officially certified as an instructor in 1999, Louise's vast experience is informed by both personal practice and a wealth of life experiences. Illness, surgery, bereavement, and family changes have all been navigated with the unwavering support of this mindful practice.

A Holistic Approach to Wellbeing

Common Sense Yoga emphasizes the interconnectedness of body, mind, and breath. Guided by Louise's insightful instruction, you'll embark on a journey to unlock your innate potential. Gentle movements and mindful breathing will release tension, restore energy, and bring a sense of peace and tranquility to your life.

1. Weekly Online Class

Join Louise every Wednesday evening or Friday morning for an accessible online yoga session via Zoom. This 75-minute class offers a harmonious blend of postures, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation techniques, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated. The cost is 15 per session, or 110 for a block of 8 lessons.

2. Private One-on-One Tuition

For a truly personalized learning experience, book a private session with Louise. Through careful observation, attentive listening, and open communication, she will tailor your practice to your individual needs and goals.
